INSTRUCTIONS: Each participant must complete a separate application form. Partner Immersion Experiences are designed for two partners participating together in a structured, education-based program focused on communication, reflection, intentional living, and shared growth.

What is your relationship status?
I understand this is a structured educational program, not therapy or medical care. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge that any travel-related benefit is incidental to the program’s educational purpose.

50% ($1450.00) deposit due upon scheduling

50% ($1450.00) due 60 days before arrival
